If you've purchased your labels or label printer from us in the past, you might have noticed some slight differences about the website. The following are the more significant changes:

• Account logins are now available - in 2009 we surveyed you and there was an overwhelming demand for this feature. The main benefits include faster checkout, the ability to store multiple billing/shipping addresses, viewing order history and repopulating your basket with previous orders. Please note: even if you have created an account on a previous version of the site, you will still have to create an account.
• We now accept Paypal - we have had many requests for this and we're pleased to announce you have this option available to you.
• Simple product filtering - allowing you to find the product you need more quickly
• Enhanced label finder - simply enter the brand of your printer and its model number to quickly find the labels you need.

Other features you may like:

• Product reviews - we would be delighted if you could review your printer, so we want to hear everything that's good and bad about them
• Q&As - perhaps there's something you've always wanted to know about a product, but were too afraid to ask. Now you can do so from any product page (anonymously, by the way)
