We're now using these everywhere in our company. Quick to setup with a TCP/IP ports on the print server, users attach to the printer and send prints straight from Word. Autocutter also makes life really simple!

Bought this printer for my eBay shop. Does exactly what I want it to and the software is quite easy to use. Can be used with other software as well like Snagit 10... Can this printer handle bespoke label sizes ? and is it suitable for printing barcodes ? Thanks

The Brother QL printers (including the QL-580N) can only use the standard Brother DK labels found here.   It will print barcodes and most common barcode symbologies are included within the software.  

If you need a bespoke label size we would recommend looking at our LabelStation range which will handle labels as wide as 200mm and upto several meters long.

Yes, the QL-580N is Windows 7 compatable.

Can you print labels directly from Microsoft Access on to this printer?

By using the P-Touch editor software you can import your label data from Microsoft Access.
