Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch goods the day that you place your order (Monday to Friday). This is subject to us receiving your order by 4pm.

Standard delivery to mainland UK & N.I is free of charge.

We carry what is probably the most comprehensive stocks of our suppliers products in Europe, however there are occasions when an item may be out of stock, if this is the case we will contact you via email or telephone to let you know.

EXPORT & VAT exempt orders - VAT will be removed on your final invoice on orders that qualify as VAT exempt (ie Channel Islands).

Free Standard Delivery is approx 2-5 days to mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses. Highlands and islands may take a little longer depending on your location.

Delivery Upgrade – for a small charge of £2.50 we will upgrade your delivery to 1st class post which is approx 1-3 days.

Priority Next Day – We offer a next working day UK delivery for just £6.00. Please see the options at checkout. Please note that in Highlands, islands and some out lying areas it may not be possible to delivery the next working day. 

BFPO – We currently cannot accept online orders for delivery to BFPO addresses, please call our Sales Team on 0800 975 5040.
