Geat simple device that offers everything you'll need in terms of a labelling device. Flags, variable sizes etc and the tape actuallt sticks too unlike others i've used.

Not printed a decent label from the moment it came out of the box. Inadequate feed resulting in illegible labels.

We have 3 of these already (which is why we have a 4 star review) but the one I ordered on this occasion would not print i's! Quite a problem really (unless you're very inventive!) Usually really simple to use, good clear tape, lots of ways to format so you will find something suitable. Never had any issues before today! Well worth the price. Hope the replacement is as good as the others are.
