This label printer is fantastic. We install many high end Intruder Alarm Systems many with over 60 detection devices which means a large amount of cabling. This printer allows us to compile labels on our PCs and upload them to the printer ready to take to site which save a lot of time. The labels are the best I have ever used, They do not come off especially when used as wrap round. A really great peice of kit. 8th Mar, 2012

Be very careful, this machine should come with a health warning. **May bring on the early onset of label-itus.** You may laugh but this extremely contagious disease has some serious and potentially debilitating long-term health implications including aggression, possessiveness and depression. You will have an uncontrollable urge to label everything in your office or workplace as you mark up your possessions. You may even start using different colours to start labelling colleagues things when you have nothing left to tag. As the disease takes hold your possessive nature starts to take over and you become very aggressive towards anyone who tries to ‘Borrow your RHINO’. You become reclusive, always finding excuses to get out of meetings early to label new items you’ve just remembered haven’t been tagged yet. Like Gollum you start referring to your RHINO as ‘My Precious’. The euphoria of labelling is only marred by spells of deep depression waiting new tape supplies to arrive. Once infected there is no known cure though some help is availably from LabelZone.co.uk. Seriously; This is the Rolls Royce of label printing solutions. It does just about every conceivable labelling job you could ever wish for. The software is easy to use and unbelievably cleaver. First job out the box was to label up some shelving bays. Instead of typing out each shelf individually I used the serialize function to do the entire range of 60 shelves over 10 bays in 2 minutes. Compare that to the old DYMO wheel and trigger days. Absolutely marvellous. It's a professional product and not really designed for home use so it is large, but does appear built to last with a robust feel and looks. The case is great with space for 8-10 tape cassettes, enough for most days. The software installed without a hitch, though I agree with others that it could do with text alignment and also the ability to have some text bold. Could also do with a neck strap. Other than these very minor points I can’t fault it.

5 stars RhinoPRO 6000 Kit - Great piece of kit Written by Pete McCrea

The RhinoPRO comes in a good solid case, with all the necessary bits to start printing labels including tape. The software installed easily on the Windows XP machine we're using it with at the moment, and let us get labels printed quickly and easily. Nice and easy to get the different types of labels printed, and the preview is accurate. Would be useful to be able to justify text to the left or right of a label, but otherwise a really useful printer.
