The service from LabelZone is very good and this is what I have rated. A quicker delivery would have led to a 5 star rating. The product packaging by Brother is a bit of a nightmare especially if you have arthritis like me. What is the chance of Brother either making it easier to get into the packaging or provide instructions on how to get into the packaging.

This is a good quality tape, my only slight surprise was that the backing isn't split (Like Dymo's tapes). This occasionally made removing the backing awkward 24th Dec, 2011
