Can I use TZ-121 tape in my P-Touch 65

No this machine takes M-K Tape only.

Is this the correct tape for a P touch 60 machine

The PT-60 printer uses the M type tapes, rather than the TZ tapes.  If you follow this link, you will be taken to the full range of M type tapes available for the PT-60.
