Out Of Warranty Repairs & Service
If your printer requires an out of warranty repair or service maintence we offer the option of onsite or workshop based repaire and service.
Please complete the form below and a member of our Customer Services Team will be in touch to arrange
Printers returned to the workshop will be assessed within 2- 5 working days of receipt and an estimate for the required work will be issued for your authorisation. Subject to parts availability, repairs are normally completed in a further 2 - 5 working days subject to the availability of parts. A workshop inspection fee will apply which is refundable if the workshop repair goes ahead.
LabelStation, Zebra, Toshiba & Sato printers will be subject to a Workshop Inspection Fee of £55.00 + VAT Payable at the time of booking your repair. This charge is refunded if you go ahead with the repair.
Parts are charged on an as required basis, your repair estimate will detail the cost of parts required.

We can collect the printer from you for a charge of £15.00 + VAT if you are unable to return the printer yourself. Please note that printers must be suitably well packed for transit, we will not accept responsibility for printers damaged in transit.
