We are seriously impressed with this hand held easy-to-use Brother PT-1010 electronic label printer!

Its perfect for printing simple self-adhesive labels for anything from electrical sockets to labelling out side in the garden.

The PT-1010 labels are waterproof, weather & chemical resistant so perfect for labelling kids school equipment at home or for the business user the PT-1010 makes a great addition to the office, IT department or service workshop.

Simply type in the label text, choose a font size and style and press print ! Each label has a durable laminated layer and a self-adhesive backing which sticks to most surfaces.

Bought mainly as a garden labeler and because the TZ labels are fade and water resistant. Easy to use with decent instructions, always something of a novelty these days, means you can be up & running in minutes, producing the labels you want. Only one small niggle for me, the keypad is ABC rather than QWERTY, not a big deal as you soon get used to it. 23rd Apr, 2012

Found this very easy to set up. Having previously used a manual label printer, I appreciated both the ease of use and quality of the printing. Ability to print in vertical format is handy for book spines etc.

I have used lots of label printers and always liked the Brother range. I wanted a new machine but did not want to pay the earth. The Brother PT-1010 has all the options I need at a very good price and takes the laminated TZ taped which are ideal for use in my trade as they are harder waring than non laminated tapes. I like this so much I have two.
